Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your educational investment. Our refund policy is as follows:

Within 7 days of enrollment: Full refund if you have not accessed more than 20% of course materials
8-14 days after enrollment: 50% refund if you have not completed the course
After 14 days: No refunds, but you may transfer enrollment to another course of equal or lesser value (one-time only, subject to approval)
Course cancellation by us: Full refund or transfer to another course

Payment Plans

Payment plans may be available for certain courses. If you default on a payment plan, your access to course materials may be suspended until payment is received. Failed payments may result in termination of your enrollment without refund of amounts already paid.
